Hi, I have a question, should paracetamol be given to a febrile child?

I think i know!you would not give paracetemol to children to reduce the temperature. This is because the danger period has passed.Children are at risk of febrile convulsion during the temperature changes and not after the temperature has reached plateau. However, you could give them paracetemol as a pain killer.
